Rabbi Menachem Succot. Menachem, an ultra-orthodox rabbi, has been teaching at the Hannaton Mechina since it was founded in 2012 and is a much beloved teacher. He has decades of experience working in formal and informal education with all types of people and communities and in the past headed a residential program for adults with special needs at Alei Siach.  Menachem also teaches at the Tel-Hai Academic College.
