Ayal Beer is an experienced educator and speaker who has been working in the field of informal education for over seven years. After completing his military service as a combat soldier, Ayal completed a B.A in Social Work from Bar Ilan University. He is also a registered tour guide.  Ayal has worked as an educational content writer and independent consultant for many organizations, including Birthright Israel, The David Project, Hillel and more. He is also an alumnus of the Senior Educator’s Cohort run by M2 with the assistance of the Maimonides Fund.

Ayal lives on Kibbutz Hannaton with his wife Marina and their two young sons.
